About me
I believe that every person deserves to be heard, understood, and accepted without judgement. My approach is calm, compassionate, and empathetic, providing a safe and supportive space where you can explore whatever is troubling you at your own pace.
My Approach
Hello, I’m Liz, a Person-Centred Therapist and registered member of the BACP.
Having worked in both NHS and private healthcare settings, I have supported people facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, low mood, grief, trauma, and life transitions.
While Person-Centred Therapy is at the heart of my practice, I take an integrative approach, drawing on CBT techniques and holistic therapies such as breathwork and walking therapy where appropriate. I believe that supporting the mind, body, and soul can help promote lasting wellbeing and personal growth.
My aim is to work alongside you at your own pace, with the techniques that suit you, helping you gain greater self-awareness, confidence, and clarity as you move forward.
